Kehilat Har-El is the founding congregation of the Israel Movement for Reform and Progressive Judaism (IMPJ), as well as a member of the World Union for Progressive Judaism (WUPJ). Har-El also works together with the Israel Relgious Action Center (IRAC) in the field of social justice/religion and state, and with Domim a-Like, which strives to deepen the relationship between Israeli Reform congregations and those in the Diaspora.
