Dedication of a City Plaza in Memory of Har-El Member, Artist David Rakia z”l

All of our members are invited to a ceremony to dedicate a city plaza in memory of Har-El member, artist David Rakia z”l, on Tuesday, October 26, in the presence of the Moshe Leon, mayor of Jerusalem.

Where and when: 15 Shlomtzion Hamalka Street, Jerusalem (corner of Shomtzion, Ben Sira, and King Solomon).  4:30 PM – gathering; 5 PM – beginning of the event.
