Pride Event/Lecture

In the framework of the Pride events held by our movement this summer, a joint event of the Reform congregations in Jerusalem together with the Israel Religious Action Center will be held at our congregation on Thursday, July 11.
The central part of the event will be a lecture (in Hebrew) by Member of Knesset Yorai Lahav Hertzanu from Yesh Atid, who will speak about his work to advance LGBTQ rights, including most recently, the law (whose formation he led) to recognize members of the LGBTQ community as IDF widows/widowers.
Following is the program:
6:30 PM – gathering at Har-El
6:45 PM – opening remarks
7:15 PM – central lecture by MK Yorai Lahav Hertzanu
8:30 PM – conclusion
Rabbi Ada and Cantor Evan will take part in the event.
