Lecture in English after services
March 30 @ 11:30 - 12:30
On Saturday morning, March 30, at 11:30 AM (following Shabbat morning services), we will hear a lecture in English by Har-El member Naomi Nahmias, dedicated to the memory of Har-El member, psychologist Dr. Aaron Auerbach z”l. The subject of the lecture will be:
“EmotionAid – a five step training method for self-regulation of emotions as well as first aid to others who are experiencing stress and anxiety from traumatic events.”
The lecture will be in two parts: thefirst will explain the science behind the method and how it works. Then there will be a hands-on workshop using the method in which one can either actively participate, or just observe others trying it out.
