Movement-Wide Kabbalat Shabbat

On Friday evening, January 29 at 5 PM, a special movement-wide service will be held in honor of the launch of our movement’s new prayerbook “T’filat Ha’adam”.  The service will be led by rabbis, cantors, and musicians from Jerusalem and the surrounding area, among them Rabbi Ada and Cantor Evan.

All of the members of our movement’s congregations are invited to connect to Zoom from 4:45 PM to meet with other members of the movement prior to the service. The service itself will begin at 5 PM.  It’s important to note that only those who join via Zoom will be able to view the pages of the new prayerbook. For the Zoom link, please click here.

In addition to Zoom, one can also view the service via livestream on the Facebook page of the Israeli Reform Movement (but not on Har-El’s YouTube channel).  Please note that those watching on Facebook will see the service leaders but not the pages of the prayerbook.  Please note that this Friday evening our congregation’s “regular” Friday evening service will not be held.
