DESCRIPTION:This evening — Tuesday\, March 3\, Shushan Purim eve\, at 6:00 PM\, we will hold the Megillah reading.\nIn accordance with Home Front Command instructions prohibiting gatherings\, the Megillah reading will be broadcast via livestream from the homes of Har-El chairperson Yaacov Nof\, who will deliver opening remarks\, and Megilah readers Har-El members Cantor Prof. Eliyahu Schleifer and Nomi Nahmias\, Cantor Evan\, and Rabbi Ada. \nYou can watch the reading via the congregation’s YouTube channel at this link:\nhttps://www.youtube.com/c/KehilatHarEl/live\nand also via Facebook:\nhttps://www.facebook.com/kehilat.har.el \nOf course\, in the event of a siren\, we will pause the Megillah reading until receiving the “all clear” from Home Front Command. \nPlease note: following the Megillah reading\, Har-El members will be invited to get together on Zoom in order to be able to see one another\, and raise a l’chaim together with hamantaschen nearby 🙂.
