DESCRIPTION:On Saturday morning\, March 30\, at 11:30 AM (following Shabbat morning services)\, we will hear a lecture in English by Har-El member Naomi Nahmias\, dedicated to the memory of Har-El member\, psychologist Dr. Aaron Auerbach z”l.  The subject of the lecture will be: \n“EmotionAid –  a five step training method for self-regulation of emotions as well as first aid to others who are experiencing stress and anxiety from traumatic events.” \nThe lecture will be in two parts: thefirst will explain the science behind the method and how it works. Then there will be a hands-on workshop using the method in which one can either actively participate\, or just observe others trying it out.
